The only reason she gets a one star rating is because there isn't a lower one! This woman is a liar who misrepresented real estate law. She told me that items not permanently attached to a residence must remain. I spoke with several REPUTABLE agents who confirmed that this was not the case. The seller is a close relative of hers and this may have been her motivation to lie. I intend to file a formal complaint to the real estate board. Stay away from this agent or beware.
