Andrea Davis, I do not recommend working at all with her. Been told for sale signs several were place on the property and I only see 1 and that one is buried in the trees. A contract has been signed with her till the end of 1/31/24 and she will not let us out of the contract. Have not gotten one interested person since she has had this up for sale. She is terrible and communicating with her is also an experience. I would never recommend her to anyone. So disappointed. Communication on her part is terrible! Lot is still not sold or have had an offer. 2022

Worst experience of my life. I signed a contract with Andrea and then she stopped communicating with me and turned me over to her husband Chris. There was little communication I would always have to contact them to find out what was going on. Then they had me under contract with a buyer since August just to be sent an Email yesterday that the buyer was over budget and was withdrawing our contract. I lost opportunities to sell the property and now the property value in that area has decreased. Beware of Chris and Andrea they are not on top of anything and surely do not have their clients best interest at hand. 2022

We had some hurt DC lessons of no fault of hers. Andrea was patient and not once did I feel any pressure from her.
