Ms. Lynn was extremely helpful with EVERYTHING. Not only did she find us everything we wanted in our first time home, she went above and beyond with making us feel so comfortable. As first time home buyers she went through every little step explaining what needs to be done, and why. It's a bit scary buying a home so I did have lots of new questions and she never hesitated to answer and NEVER made me feel stupid for asking. If she didn't know the answer, she went to look around for the right people who did and always got back to me. Her communication skills were spot on, and always got back to me within a day... sometimes when I had questions later in the evening she was always there. Even after closing our home, she continued to go to the home and check on it since we weren't arriving until a few weeks later. Lynn is amazing!!! She is trustworthy, honest, patience, kind, caring, really knows her stuff and on top of everything! A year later and she still checks in on me. She goes out of her for her clients.
Lynn listened to what I wanted, only showed me properties in my price range that met my requirements. She was patient when I changed my mind several times! Despite that, I had an offer on a house within 2 weeks! Lynn was on top of all the deadlines, and everything that needed to be done! The buyers realtor was slow and inaccurate, so Lynn stepped in the help move things along, get things corrected, and coached the other realtor!
When the other realtor missed a deadline that basically meant the contract was void, Lynn stepped in and helped salvage the contract, (not to mention was up to 1 am) trying to get the other realtor to not miss her deadline!
She went above and beyond! She got me the most beautiful welcome home gift and has become a friend to me! Even though the other realtor could have caused a horrible experience, Lynn stepped up to make the frustration as smooth as possible for me.

Lynn was out property manager first and then became our RE agent as we purchased additional properties. She was an excellent manager developing relationships with the tenants. Because of this, she became aware of issues in the early stages saving us money for major repairs. As our agent she assisted us in purchasing 3 additional income properties. She listened to our criteria and only sent us homes meeting that criteria rather than just listings. She fought for our interests with the home inspection reports. She was able in most instances to have things repaired, price lowered or shared expenses with the owner for a major repair.
