I am beyond grateful for the opportunity I had to work with Jon Mark Estes. I was referred to Jon Mark by a colleague who had recently purchased a home as well, and never did I think I would get the great experience I got. Beyond the wonderful experience I had received on a professional level, Jon Mark was also supportive when things become overwhelming with the stresses that come when buying a home, especially as a first-time home buyer. Not only did Jon Mark get me into a home during the craziest housing market, I got my home for 6% under asking price and got half of my closing costs covered by the seller. Yes, you heard that correctly...I purchased my home for UNDER ASKING PRICE in this market with my closing costs reduced, unheard of. Jon Marks negotiation skills and transparency while working with the sellers realtor is how we accomplished this kind of deal. I am forever grateful for that.
