I was given Todd's name to sell my beach house in May. I live in South Carolina now and really needed a hands on realtor as I had not even been out to our Seaside rental for the past five years. Todd was on it and up to the challenge. He formed a plan to spruce up the rental, worked on the house in between renters coming and going and the house was listed and sold by the 4th of July weekend, with multiple offers. He literally took care of everything and kept me informed on all aspects. Can't ask for a better realtor!
