As a professional relocating to a new area I had several constraints related to price-point, community setting, and new employment start date. For my part, I started with prequalification first and then the lender connected me to their relocation program. Enter Jutta Anthony and Berkshire Hathaway who at first listened to what I was hoping for and needed. She also listened to what I feared. I had been out bid three times the previous year and had given up. The previous relator had too. I needed someone who knew the area, was listening to what I wanted, and advocating for me when I didn't see things. Jutta has been extraordinary in every aspect of this transaction from scheduling the houses when I said I was flying out to look to the offer and finally in all of the knotty gritty communication between entities to ensure that repairs would be done by closing.
