Susan Bradley and her partner Stacey Atherton were referred to us. Unfortunately, from the beginning it was evident that they are not up on the market or trends anymore and severely lack costumer service. First, while making an offer (that was lost unclear reasons why as we saw it sold for less than we offered) no advice on how to make it more of an attractive offer. When we asked why we lost it, no advice given. Second, we were interested in a specific complex. The emails which were sent by her company/website were outdated and most of the houses already had offers from weeks before. Redfin would email better matches and more up to date information. The second house she told me she couldn't show but it went contingent before she told I was able to look at it. When I asked if she could look into this she told me there was nothing she could do. I would have expected a little better costumer service and following up. It is disappointing every costumer should be important.
