We just finalized selling our home, and we have to say, it could not have gone any better. Leslie Gardner has been our Real Estate Agent through this process from the beginning, and quite frankly we feel extremely lucky to have been able to work with her. Leslie's attention to our needs, preferences and timings was exceptional (especially because we have a 1 year old at home). She guided us step by step, always with close communication and complete honesty about any decisions we could make and the pro-and-cons that came with it. She worked hard to make things happen for us (communication with HOA, repairs around the house, professional photo shoot etc...), and followed up with updates and responses quickly. We were impressed with how thorough, dedicated and knowledgeable she is. This particularly rings true considering we sold our house during COVID-19 and thought this would take a much longer time than just 1 weekend from the day we listed to when someone made an offer.
