Lauren Vaughn worked hard to sell our property, and during the entire process she kept us constantly updated on the status of the pending sale. More than one sale fell through due to buyer financing issues, which was not unexpected in these volatile times, but Lauren maintained a positive attitude and always seemed to have buyers in reserve. This eventually led to the sale of the property. During the period the property was for sale, she worked with a local businessman to keep the acreage mowed so that it would have a pleasing appearance and could be properly viewed by potential buyers. Lauren was on vacation when I called her to list my house she took time to speak to me and as soon as she returned we meet. She gave me her thoughts and then listen to mine and did exactly what I ask and kept working for it. She Amazing and hard worker and caring realtor now my friend. After months of trying to sell a home with no success, we reached out to Lauren. A few days later we had a purchase agreement unfortunately a few things were found on the inspection which caused the deal to fall through. This is where in my opinion Lauren really came through for us. She put us in touch with contractors she had worked with in the past and they helped us to resolve the issues. Their prices were reasonable as well. Within a few weeks after the repairs were completed the home was sold. In my opinion she went above and beyond to help us move the property. She always either answered our calls or promptly returned them. I can not truly stress how happy we were with the whole experience. Thank you again Lauren for everything you did for us.
