We felt super comfortable with her right away. There was never a point where it felt like she didn't put us first. We were somewhat ignorant to the buying process since we are new to it, but she was patient with us and never made us feel stupid for not knowing basic info. It's easy to see that she wants the best for her clients.

I'd like to take a minute and explain exactly why I know that. First when I decided it was time for me to puchase a house, I decided I was going to go through a Real Estate Agent. So, I started asking around. I asked about twenty or so freinds and family. Out of twenty people in Northeastern Pa. the name Stephanie Swire came up three times! Take a minute and let that sink in.
