I have never met such a hard working, smart, patient, kind, polite, person as Patrick Shores. After setting up the appointment to see the house and also buying it that night, he worked with me the whole way through with the Loan Office, the Sellers, the Mortgage Company, finding a Homeowners Insurance, etc. etc. etc. Whenever I had a question he would not stop until he found the answer. If I was worried or upset about something, he would help me through each situation. Patrick also wears many hats. He is so talented in fixing things, setting up things, loading his truck with thing, and many other things. He told me that he learned a long time ago to just use "COMMON SENSE." I thought about this and it is so true. Patrick LOVES to work and it certainly shows. My closing for the house that Patrick sold me was about 1 month ago. He told me that if I ever needed anything, that he ould always be there for me. I called him Monday to tell him that Broward Factory had not been transferred over to my name. With a few phone calls and texts to the former owners, we got it put in my name and I was then able to make an appointmet to get my garbabe disposal fixed. This took 3-4 days, but we were all patient. Patrick went above and beyond until he got the job done.
