Tammy Jarvis had excellent communication! While other realtors ignored me, she was quick to respond, usually responding to texts or calls within seconds to a minute or two. She was helpful and answered all of my questions. She even researched the zoning laws and found out there was no zoning on the land and researched how much well and septic generally cost in the area. She went above and beyond to help me, not only to make an offer and explain step-by-step what to do (I've never bought land before), but also to work with the seller to back out of a contract when I realized hidden costs would end up making it too expensive for me. 2024
