When I decided to sell my home in Maine and move to Georgia, my Maine realtor put me in touch with
Remax in Richmond Hill. I was supposed to meet with a different realtor, however, after driving 27
hours straight, she said she was sick, and that she had referred me to Betty. I was upset with this
as I only had two days to find a house and drive back to Maine. Now, Betty had no idea that I was
coming and no showings had been set up by the other realtor. Betty had exactly 30 minutes notice
before we showed up. She called me and gave me directions to her home, and graciously invited us in
to start looking through the listings. Within the hour, Betty had called several realtors and got us last
minute showings at 5-6 properties for that day.
It didnt take me long to realize that it was a lucky day for me that the other realtor was sick. This
woman, Betty, jumped in, took over and bent over backwards for me. She drove us all over for the two
days we were there, spent her evenings calling other realtors looking for any leads. After being outbid
on few properties, I was ready to head home the next morning without having found a home.
However, Betty was not discouraged and kept making calls on my behalf. At the last minute, the night
before I was leaving, she spoke to another realtor who mentioned that she was going to put her house
on the market. Betty came to the hotel, picked us up and drove us to the house at 7:30 at night. I loved
it and put an offer in right away, which was accepted.
Not only did she find me a house, she helped me with the logistics of moving, the sale of my house in
Maine, navigated me through every aspect of the sale and purchase. She followed up constantly and
consistently throughout the whole process, offering advice and support. She still calls me to check in
and make sure everything is working out.
I really cant recommend her enough...she is honest and really works for her clients. I know that she
barely made any money off of my sale, but, for Betty, its not about the money, its about finding the
perfect home for her client

Betty was such a wonderful realtor from her knowledge of realty to her communication skills. My husband and I have moved a handful of times and I can honestly say that this time was not near as painful as the others. Betty was always checking in and answered any and every question that we had. She also went above and beyond to help us out when we had any issues.
