Knowledgeable. Highly recommended concerned about the buyer even though he works for the seller; it appears that he took a cut in his commission just to make the sale. I would highly recommend and use him again, never had a realtor such as Dan. Simply knows how to get everything done, has the connections to make it painless. All of his recommendations were spot on for reputable people. I had to put a radon mitigation system in and Dan handled that for me, also handled the electric company transfer- shutting off the breaker box and turning it on since I was remote from my house at that time. From the time I made an offer and it was accepted to closing I think 22 days, for what I hear that's quite good.
