I just bought my first home and Billy Sobh was my realtor. The process of buying my home was so smooth and easy. He was available for all my questions, concerns and worrys! Billy was at every meeting and every showing. Billy most importantly made sure my fianc and I protected at all costs! If anyone ever asks me about finding a realtor Billy Sobh will always be the first name that comes to mind.

I want to emphasize that this office is set up so perfectly, and coordinated by agents like Bilal Sobh and Ayah Abouarabi who know real estate like a second language! They were incredibly professional, going as far as setting up meetings to educate us on the whole process. They also got a good sense of what we wanted, including small details like flooring, to large ones like family-community fit.
When it came to showings, these two were responsive, sending houses that fit our bill almost daily. However, they were NOT just shotgunning every possible listing in a spam-like email listing. Every home had potential and showings were set up easily with reminder notifications to help compliment anyones busy schedule.
You cant like every home, but with every showing came lessons. Conversations took place on what we liked and didnt like. Even suggestions started to be given that revealed what we had never considered, a trait only few agents have in this saturated market, but one Bilal and Ayah had down to a T.
Now this review is long but I promise you it gets better, because market knowledge, time management, and professionalism are nice...but you wanna buy a home! Well thats exactly what happened in the crazy market that is 2021. When it finally came down to getting the home we loved, Bilal and Ayah spent no time being lazy. They worked so hard youd think they wanted the home too! But thats just it, they want YOU to start that next chapter, see yourself in that home, and will do everything in their power between seller and buyer to make that the case.
For us, were eternally grateful to have been introduced to, worked with, and now happy to have bought a home where we can host Bilal and Ayah.

Bilal will go to bat for you! He is family oriented but objective in his dealings with his clients, making careful mental notes of what you like. As you go through the showing process together, he will get a sense of what you like and start to curtail his search to the point you find your dream home. However, thats only half the battle but youll be happy to know that Bilal is even more focused on actually getting in the home! With great people skills, insight in real estate, and genuine business ethics, youll be comforted to know you have someone leading you into the next chapter of your familys life in a new Home. They dont call him showtime Bill for nothing!
