I was referred to Kaylen by a business partner. My family was moving into Florida from Texas. I was a potential buyer of a house that was listed by the Duncan Duo and they're communication and professionalism was absolutely terrible. I put in a formal offer by their deadline of 20k over asking price. My agent contacted the listing agent over 6 times via phone and email on the day the decision was supposed to be made and days following but still have never received an update or any type of explanation. When I called the office, their excuse was the listing agent was on vacation in Miami. Horrible experience with these people, are dedicated to enlarge the houses to increase their price, leaving aside the quality of work, leaving spaces without air conditioning and without changing the previous unit to give sufficient power to the house, add things to the house for more value, but they are unusable, for example the house of tools of a yard falling and rotten, washing machines and dryers super disgusting rotten and full of hairs of dog, refrigerator with broken internal rubber, estractor of stove without exit to the outside, microwaves with burned interior, old toilets, showers through which water does not come out, tiles all cracked that if in the description of the house puts renovated bathroom * All door frames are peeling, holes in the roof, old supee windows without any security or closures and boil and trees over the house.I really do not believe that all 5 star customers to this company in my opinion are not all real customers, they will be friends or employees. EXTREMELY VETERAN FRIENDLY!! It really is difficult to find words to describe the level of competence and initiative that Alena Kaptsevich provided throughout the entire process from start to finish. I cannot think of any instance where I had more confidence in someone acting on my behalf. The bottom line is that you are going to be the winner of the deal if Alena is on your team whether buying or selling. Alena convinced the sellers to make repairs that most would walk away from. This was my first home purchase with no knowledge of the process and no helping hands to refer to. This is not a bloated review for a friend, this is a review from a demanding jarhead with an unusually high expectation from people. Stay away!! We signed on with the Duncan Duo and Courtney Budin as our assigned realtor. We were told that they charge 6.5% commission off the top (the buyer's agent only gets 3% of that and the Duncan Duo keeps the rest). We thought it would be worth it to pay the additional fee, thinking that the level of service they provided would be better. Boy, were we wrong! When we first listed with them, they failed to get a for sale sign in the yard of our condo. When we asked them about this, they said they had spoken to someone with our HOA who told them they were not allowed to put out a for sale sign. We knew from past experience that this was false, but when we asked who they spoke with, they had no idea. Needless to say, a few days later they were able to install the for sale sign without issue. Shortly thereafter, we received a full price offer for our condo! A few days after we accepted the offer, a representative from the Duncan Duo office called to inform us that money had been deposited into escrow. Fast-forward two days later and we find out that the contract was cancelled due to an HOA pet weight limit and that there was never any money deposited into escrow as we were told! Unfortunately, our realtor had already taken our house off of the market (not that it was pending, just removed the listing) and put a sold sign on the for sale sign in our yard. We were in disbelief at how poorly this situation was handled. Throughout the process, our agent was not helpful in answering our questions. Anytime we asked her anything, she would direct us to someone else. There were so many people involved in the process from their office that the process ultimately became rather confusing. Courtney was no help in navigating the process or the many people that we needed to deal with. There are so many other realtors out there that are willing to hustle for you and that don't charge an obscene amount of commission to do so. Your money will be better spent with another agent. 2017

To start off I'm not your typical property buyer, I do more extensive research than the average ask more questions then there are answers and fact check people that I deal with to understand their level of understanding. This primary reason of this review is not you should focus on the broker, but the agent himself. I found The Dunkin duo on Google. They had extremely high ratings with praises from customers all over. I had in mind the agent I wanted to do business with. To my surprise after requesting information Curtis Craig reached out to me to learn more about my intention of purchasing a property. We discussed my needs and must have's in our preliminary discussion. The first property we viewed was exactly how I described what I was looking for. From there, Curtis went on to send me properties and even teaching me a little bit about the communities in which we were looking at. This guy is the Real deal and convince me to search in other markets other than my original one. Being in sales management myself I can't explain how important follow up in customer service is and Curtis did just that! Weekends holidays nights and anytime in between literally he was there to address my questions and help me make the best choice on the property I chose. His attentiveness follow up and diligent work ethic was of character I've never dealt with, he always came prepared to meetings with market knowledge, competitive analysis, and always well versed on the properties we saw. I could not have been happier with my recent experience as a first-time international home buyer in Tampa, USA (I am from South Africa) with Evelina Phillips who was my Realtor (with the Duncan Duo) and the entire experience was wonderful thanks to her professionalism, friendliness, and adaptability. I am a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer that has been dealing with a number of medical issues for sometime, including stage 4 metastatic melanoma. The cancer is currently under control thanks to the Moffitt Cancer Center and the Grace of God. After Millie started to fear the loss of her career at age 56, and with my health issues with decided we had to downsize from the 4 bedroom house in which we were still a tad upside down and find a more affordable place to live. The Duo did a great job with my sale when other agents had failed. They were different and at first I was nervous that some of the advice they gave me was so drastically different than some of the other agents in town but they explained it well and it worked out with great results and a great experience. Great experience buying a home with their team in South Tampa! There were some bumps in the road with financing and inspections but we got through it all and they helped me find the perfect home at the right price. I felt they really went to bat for me in negotiations and my agent was great at communicating via text (my preference - I don't like talking to people). I had spoken to the Duncan Duo initially and made the huge mistake of listing my home with someone that would do it for less. I got exactly what I paid for and 6 months later had nothing but excuses. At this point, I knew I'd made a mistake and hired the Duncan Duo and what happened next was magical. I had a bidding war in a couple of weeks AT THE SAME PRICE MY OTHER REALTOR HAD THE HOME LISTED FOR!!! They did an amazing job with aerial photos, videos, and so much more.
