After renting in a property operated by Asset Management Real Estate (AMRE) over the past two years in St. Petersburg, I can wholeheartedly declare that Darcie Wheeler and her team (including Melodie and Jennifer) have been the best leasing company I have ever worked with! Renting since 2011 when I first left for college has given me a wide breadth of experience with over a handful of leasing agencies and companies, yet AMRE and Darcie are leagues beyond them all!
Starting from when I began my lease back in July 2020 and given a tour of my soon-to-be unit by Darcie herself, I could perceive how professional and organized she is. After answering all my questions in full detail and providing resources needed for my decision, I swiftly applied and accepted my lease. Dwelling in my new home until July 2022 was a fantastic experience! The unit functioned well and had all the features as listed. Every single time a maintenance issue appeared Darcie and her team responded and acted within hours and solved the issue as soon as they could. Theyre warm and inviting when you visit the office with any necessities, and their online portal works efficiently. What more can you ask for as a renter?

I came to Darcie Wheeler and Asset Management with two questions. Can you find me a property that will generate the income I am looking for within my spending budget? And, will you manage that property for me? As my spending budget was limited, I was quite surprised with the time and effort she put forth. After a month of showing me properties (to show me the 'market', she said) she mentioned that one in particular would satisfy both of my requirements. And in fact, it generates a bit more than I was looking for. Darcie guided me through the whole process. From purchasing the property, to contracting Asset Management for setting up the leases, finding new tenants and managing the property for me on a day in/day out basis. Asset Management keeps me informed of any maintenance issues that have been taken care of. I get a report from them every month of the rents collected and deposited in my account. When a tenant has an issue they resolve it within a day or two. That is what I call a quality company. I have and would highly recommend Darcie Wheeler and Asset Management Real Estate to anyone looking to buy/have someone manage their rental properties. She is professional and knowledgeable. We needed a realtor, as we were looking to sell our home to move from Arizona to Florida. It was going to be a big move for us. After randomly finding Darcie on the internet, we took a quick trip to Florida to meet her and have her show us some homes in the area we were interested in. We happily knew from the beginning she was going to be something special. She took such an interest in my entire family. Super genuine individual. During the process of us selling our home, she was always checking in on us, sending us newly listed properties, updating us on the market in the location we wanted to buy, and asking asking us the progress on our home sale back home. Anytime we needed to contact her, she was available or returning our calls/emails promptly. We felt like she made us a priority. Once we had an offer on our home, we quickly proceeded to make an offer on a home we had previously seen with her. The whole process was seamless due to Darcie's direct kind of personality. She is a definitely a go-getter! One of the many aspects about her we really liked. She always had my family's best interest in mind. She went out of her way to help us get some home repairs done on the home, since we couldn't be there. We put our complete trust in her and she did not let us down.
