The review under JP was written by the Darts. It is fake. I am the buyer. They will only respond at their convenience and they make you feel secure and then drop the ball until closing. In the recommendations they have also written fake reviews. My neighbor tried to sell their house with them and had horrible results. When she would inform them that she had a private buyer they would tell her that they had a interested party coming soon to look at it. These "buyers" never showed up and she would lose the sale of the house to her buyer. This happened more than once. They are nice people but they are also sales people. Money first, client second. I would love to talk to the others that left reviews and see if they really wrote them. I am ex-military and I sure don't talk or write like what is in the fake review. I sure wouldn't ever say or write OMG like some teenager. All of their reviews disappeared from other reality sites. They will help you get want you want, but the fake review is dishonest. 2021
