Very knowledgeable with the real estate market and the process. Adam made what could have been a headache as easy as 1-2-3. Also knowledgeable about homes in general, such as construction and what could be an issue down the road. All paperwork was sent to be signed by email (except closing of course) and was a seemless process. Adam also knows the area well which helps with knowing the schools and businesses! You will not regret using Adam as he is as honest as they come!
