We've known Nancy Aulett for over 13 years, since the purchase of our last home. We found her to be knowledgeable, professional and, above all, honest. The market finally turned in our favor and we knew it was the time to sell. We had a getaway planned and about a week before we were to go away, we reached out to Nancy and, as usual, she found time to meet with us. In less than a week, she had our home organized and staged, booked her photographer (who did a phenomenal job), and had our house listed. Untrustworthy, would NEVER recommend to anyone. We trusted Nancy as she had been the agent for family members and a prior home sale. She sold us a home in an area that (we found out later) had long time prior issues with surface water and flooding. Nancy had the seller sign something that said the water issues were resolved so we would not have to worry. Well that piece of paper is worth nothing, per the lawyers we have since spoken to. We are so disappointed. We trusted her and feel like she sold us this house just to get rid of us. We had only looked at 5 houses prior to this one and she rushed us to buy. We had just had a death in the family and we trusted her because of past business to look out for us. She did not and just wanted the money. Huge disappointment. 2020
