Holden Budge did a really great job selling our home. He started a couple month before we actually listed the house by coming over for a tour and giving us tips on how to improve the curb appeal. After we followed his suggestions, he came back with a second realtor and the two of them toured the house and gave us a much improved value estimate. Holden was with us every step of the way. We had numerous offers during just the first week after listing and sold the house above listing price. We were actually on vacation during all of the showings and offers. Holden kept in contact by text and phone the whole time. We could not have imagined a better home selling experience.
