My father was selling his house. One week before it would have closed, my dad passed away. So poor Sarah had to start all over. Sarah was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! If she didn't answer her phone because she was bust, I never had to stress because WITHOUT FAIL she returned every one of my calls and relatively quickly at that. She helped me along the way, and because my dad did a deed after death, let me tell you, it wasn't easy. But Sarah was so helpful, completely professional, and even listened when I would vent because of family issues during the death of a lived one. She was always there. Even though she was busy, she was always there. Every step of the way!! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Sarah if you're trying to sell your home. She will work so hard, and do her best to assure your success when trying to find or sale your home.

Sarah helped us with the purchase of land in a situation where she was the seller's agent (potential conflict of interest). She was professional the entire time, and was always willing to answer our questions (as long as it was not confidential information against the interest of the seller). She was also willing to assist us by answering our questions even after the transaction had completed. Everything went smoothly and without issue.
