I contacted Dan Cook of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate after finding his listing on google.com. I live in a different state and am interested in selling a small inherited property located in the Silver City, NM historic district. I had previously spoken with two other agents that were referred to me but found their level of interest less than I would prefer. I was left with concerns that they were not appreciative or interested in the listing and would do little more than place a sign in the yard with their branding and contact number. Dan however, has been nothing like the other agents and has shown genuine interest in speaking with me even when he received my first call on a Friday evening.
