I am so happy to have found Shane through a friend. I was nervous to buy my first rental property especially in another state where I do not live and I feel that he helped me every step of the way. He was honest in selecting the best property and knew the areas of Phoenix well. He made sure to negotiate items that he felt the seller should pay for and even walked away from a sale when the seller did not agree. I definitely feel like he has my best interests in mind. He is professional and accommodating. He is patient and answers all my questions. I would highly recommend Shane as a real estate agent and I am using him as a property manager too so I will maybe update my review for that in a few months.
