Like most, I am weary that the real estate community is in to taking my money for simple marketing and paper filing. While fundamentally that is still true merely due to the size of the purchase, Amanda eased my mind during the inevitable. She was educated, educational, responsive, and most importantly: accommodating and capable. She did a really good job of making my busy schedule not my problem nor my shame. She made time for me when I could and responded when I asked. For me, thats all you can ask when youre trusting someone with a large piece of my life. Also, she was smart about it and quick to recommend and make decisions. I know everyone needs to be a rookie at some point, but you get the benefit a veteran from Amanda. Those things combined with the discount I received from her being smart enough to be a Clever agent was the icing on the cake. Im a military veteran with over 10+ house buying/selling encounters.
