I had little luck with other agents. My mother, sister, friend, and family friend all told me to use an agent that they knew was amazing, but did not provide me with a name. Finally, a coworker of mine gave me Annette's name, and described her to me as the "Shark" of Long Island when it came to real estate. I called her that day and came to realize this was the same agent that ALL four other people were referring me to and used themselves! I was in shock, but she didn't find it hard to believe. After many failed bids and contracts with a different agent, we learned of Annette through that same previous agent. We were at an open house and our agent at the time said Thats Annette Mina. Shes the number 1 agent in Long Island. I couldnt help but think We should have the best on our side. Her name never left my mind. After the last failed contract, I called Annette. Annette Mina is by far the best in the business. Hands down. From the moment my husband and I sat down with her to go over our wish list and budget, we both knew we were in good hands. Within a week we were seeing anywhere from 2-3 houses a week - until we came across "THE ONE". We both fell in love! She did everything in her power to make sure we got that house, even when we thought we weren't going to. I will never forget her phone call saying "They accepted your offer!!!".
