The Great: she was flexible and able to show us many houses on short notice and at odd times (nights/weekends). She helped us prepare and submit offers on at least 4 houses and assisted us with the retraction of one (due to a snap decision on a house that would be too small to fulfill our needs).She also provided service after the sale in terms of possible companies to provide additional services for our new home.
The not-so-great: as a first-time home buyer, I could have used more insight on the market, appropriate offers/counter offers. I also could have used more education on purchasing property and things to check at showing/inspection. 2021
