Due to an issue with the house being on a private road without a signed road maintenance agreement, it was stressful and frustrating for me to coordinate getting this agreement signed prior to the sale. I met Carla Farley when looking for a house in the area for my Daughter to reside while attending college in Bloomsburg in 2008. I lived just over an hour away, and scheduled MANY different day trips to visit/tour homes in the area. Before making an offer on one, I found a house, and bought, through a public sale venue. Because of the care and dedication to my interests, and never even suggesting that I had been a "waste of time", I knew, when the day came to sell this property, there would only be one agent that would get that opportunity. In May of 2018, that time came to sell. I reached out to Carla, who remembered me from many years ago, and was more than anxious to get the ball rolling. I have bought and sold several residential investment properties over the years, and have never had a more positive, respectful, and informative experience than working with Carla. She took care of EVERYTHING. Giving advice on some "repairs" and "cost effective upgrades", setting up the inspections, etc. to assist in the sale. Basically, making this a "turn key" experience. I told her on the day of settlement, and I will maintain, if she EVER needs a recommendation, I will be happy to oblige. This was a great experience, and one that should be shared.
