I was looking for vacant land for recreational use only. I was put in touch with Renee Pitrelli and couldn't have been happier. With buying a house, what you see is what you get. Not so with property as you have to physically walk the area to determine the boundary lines and make up of the land. I stumbled upon Tarasa Hurley, Realtor when I was looking day-and-night for a house due to a transfer to the Pittsburgh area and had a certain time frame to get one. During my many late night evenings of staying up to the wee hours scanning the Internet for a home on Realtor.com, Movato.com and Zillow.com I stumbled upon a video by Tarasa doing a walk-through video of a home in Beaver Falls, PA. It was nice to see someone actually taking the time to show you homes that were available on the market and pointing out areas of interest in each room, especially for those of us who are out-of-towners looking to buy a home from another state and can't always come up to view one. I had watched a couple other of her videos on homes when I was actually working with another realtor on placing a bid. When that home fell through, the realtor I was working with dropped me because the home fell through, and in my desire to find a home as my clock was ticking to find one, I had remembered seeing Tarasa Hurley on her videos and reached out to her for help. WOW...like no other, did she get the ball rolling and fast with the help of Michelle Rabe. I truly feel if I hadn't reached out, I wouldn't have made it to PA, regarding my transfer. She and Michelle Rabe, never gave up on me, and found me a home. I had been looking for a home since the later part of May; had spoken to varoius realtors along the way, but none seemed to care as much as these two.
I can't say enough nice things about these two realtors; they are caring, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, approachable, johnny-on-the spot with helping people find a home. To me this is what a realtor should be like...not just showing you homes they like, but really listening to what you as the client want in a home nor putting pressure on you to buy something out-of-your-budget to make a larger commission. Now that the dust has finally settled from closing and moving, I can take a breath and share our experience dealing with Tarasa.
