In 2021, I was in the market for a house as a first-time homebuyer. I initially secured a realtor from a separate company. This was an incredibly professional veteran realtor who was knowledgeable of the local market (of whom I would definitely recommend to a seasoned buyer). However, they were unable to provide the "attention" I needed as a first-time homebuyer. I had zero experience in the real estate market, and required a more catered real estate purchasing experience. After I realized this, I began considering other representatives to assist me in my home search.
Professionally, Rylieh was recommended to me by a mutual friend. Socially, I met Rylieh far prior to considering her as my real estate representative.
Before I decided to hire Rylieh as my realtor, I remember one specific moment which caused me to consider her as my agent. I placed an offer on a house that had some major safety issues outlined in the recent engineer's report. As a first-time homebuyer, I was unaware of these red flags. Rylieh heard from our mutual friends that I placed an offer on this house before my [at the time] realtor was able to reach out. She IMMEDIATELY called me. Rylieh informed me that this was a potential bad investment, and I should think twice about it. This was her speaking as a friend, not as an agent. My current broker did not catch this, and I ended up cancelling my offer based upon her recommendation.
Shortly after that, I hired her as my realtor.
I can honestly say that my entire time working with Rylieh has been an absolute pleasure. She was available, consistent, professional, and honest. She never wanted to just "sell a house" to close a deal. She actually cared (and considered) my wants/needs and financial boundaries. She also paid attention to the SMALL DETAILS... having the driveway plowed before closing, actively communicating the smallest updates, and hand-delivering a beautiful closing gift (which was not expected at all, but the thought and care that went into it was "above and BEYOND" in my opinion).
In the end, I found my perfect starter home because of her, and I am ever happier for it.
Rylieh is just excellent in all categories. 'Nuff said. You should probably hire her because you won't regret it.
