Susanna and JP have been wonderful to work with! I started the process of moving to Georgia from Nebraska in December of 2023. I had viewed a few homes online and JP reached out to me. I immediately felt comfortable and felt they were going to look out for my best interests. I viewed several homes they sent me online based on the area I wanted to live in before I got to Georgia, and they were starting to get a feel for what I was after. I was then able to hit the ground running when I got here. My first day in Georgia I think we looked 6 homes. Then I started my new job, and they worked around my schedule showing me things in the evenings or creating a list to spend all Saturday on! Midway through January we found the ONE! Susanna was instrumental in getting this deal done for me as we had to have several negotiations with the selling agent to get things done in a time frame that also worked for me with the property I was selling in Nebraska. All the work she put in and at one-point things were not actually going in my favor, I was ready to pull the plug on the entire deal and she calmly told me that I still had that option! Like I said earlier they were always looking out for what was BEST for ME! To say the least we got the deal done! Could not be happier with the way it has all worked out! They have great experience about the entire process of buying a home and I will reach out to them in the future should I have the need!
