Rob was ON it throughout the process and it took many months and three contracts to get us to our dream property. I can't say enough about his attention to detail, strong contracts, research abilities into HOAs and city regulations, resources for inspectors, lenders, and so much more. We had several hurdles during the process and Rob handled everything with timely communications, sound advice, and lots of patience. So my husband and I were first time home buyers and the experience that we had with Kittle was above and beyond. Deano was our realtor and we couldn't have been any happier with the service that he provided us and the knowledge he was able to share since we didn't know much going into this. He was super responsive and really worked with our schedules to go see houses not to mention super patient as it took us a while to find the one we wanted. He was not pushy at all and made the experience comfortable! We got along with him right away! Him and Christie both went the extra 10 miles to make sure that our experience was good and that we got the house we wanted. Unfortunately(not related to Kittle in any way) our lender ended up being absolutely awful in so many ways. Both Christie and Deano were our advocates in the process and really made sure that we weren't being taken advantage of and that our lender was doing things correctly. I couldn't have asked for more kind, helpful, and honest people to help us through this process. Not to mention super personable and professional! I would recommend Kittle as a whole and especially Deano to anyone I come in contact with. I already have talked to several people about it as well! I am just so taken away and thoroughly impressed with everything they have done for us. They really made this experience a good one and we will for sure be using them in the future!! I can not give enough praise to Rob Klein from Kittle Real Estate aka Robbbb the Realtor (as we coined him). From day one, our first Zillow inquiry, Rob has been rooting for us and doing everything in his power to make our house dreams come true.
