You thought that was good 2022 happened where he pulled a Tom Brady and went back to back as the States greatest negotiator on selling homes. He pretty much asked me what I would be happy with for a starting selling price and then I told him. He proceeds to tell me add 50 percent on that so we did and then we pretty much went right to closing. Yep, thats how he operates. Fast and smooth. Slices up hesitant buyers like Brady and gets right to the goal line. He has buyers lined up before those buyers even know that want to buy. The guy just knows. Its that simple. Give him the keys to your portfolio and let him be the offensive coordinator. He had me buy low and sell high as if I was buying Apple in 2008 and selling in 2022. If you're looking for someone to show up to an open house who is better dressed than you are, Alan is your guy. If you want someone in your corner who will fight harder than Conor McGregor, then Alan is your guy. He knows the answers to questions you haven't asked yet and questions you didn't know you had. Vacations and time off is important, but even then, Alan still responded to my messages while he was away. Alan is an even bigger asset when buying a house in an area you are unfamiliar with due to his wealth of knowledge about the entire domain he presides over. He is, without a doubt in my mind, the Michael Jordan of Realtors.
Seriously though, Alan made it easy to buy my first house in this market. He had answers and ideas that made things go easier with the lender. He was well aware of what I wanted out of a property, and which I would be most interested in from what was available, all under my budget.
