Katelynn sold my father's condo in West Palm Beach and had to deal with not most ideal situation as the condo association had many hoops to jump through. My dad is elderly needed to go into assisted living and she made sure that everything was all handled in an expedient manner to accomplish this. Katelynn was thorough from when we first saw the apartment to getting us into contract and to closing. She was helpful and went above and beyond when issues came up prior to closing and also dealt with the management company. She answered all our calls and texs even after hours.
