We knew buying a house while living in another state would be challenging, but Monica made it so much easier for us. We were not available to view the properties in person and Monica did an excellent job doing video conference so we could view the properties. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and kept us informed of the buying process and timeline until close. I would highly recommend Monica for a buyer or seller.

We worked with Monica to find us a home for a move from Quebec Canada to Aiken SC. She was on top of things at all time and whenever we need help since we didnt know the area she would guide us as to what area to look into. Extremely quick to call back if she couldnt answer her phone right away. We arrived June 13, took us less than a week to find our home and we closed July 6th. She was extremely fun to work with.
