This is the 3rd time Hobie has helped us purchase a home. Weve used Hobie for both buying and selling a home, and he is hands down the best agent weve ever worked with. During the buying he was willing to guide us through the process and his experience often pointed out perks and/or areas of concern that we would have never noticed. His ability to maintain relationships with other agents allowed us to get the house we wanted for a great price in a competitive market. After such a positive buying experience, it wasnt a surprise that he was spot-on with his comps and estimates when it came time to sell.
