We were so fortunate to have Brandon Shrout as our realtor!! Right from the start he was attentive to our wants and provided us with a wide variety of homes to look at when we flew in from New York. The day after we flew in we met Brandon to look at the homes he had arranged for us to look at. He has a quiet demeanor, and is polite which made our time with him pleasant and relaxing. He allowed us all the time we needed to view the homes and was available for any questions we had. Occasionally he would ask us our thoughts about the homes we were viewing, but never at any time did he persuade us to head in a certain direction. We were both quite comfortable during our interactions with him. Through Brandon we were able to agree on a price with the seller and entered into contract. When our closing date got delayed because the seller passed away Brandon stayed in constant communication with us, relaying pertinent information as we waited on probate. Again, he was always pleasant and never complained about our continuous inquiries. He assisted us in working with the estate to move our items from -NY into the home prior to an established closing date. In addition he worked with the estate when we were under the wire to move in as the campground we stay at during the summer months was preparing to close for the season. In our opinion Brandon went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for us throughout the entire process. He never wavered in keeping our best interests at heart. He was always telling us if you need anything, just let me know.

Brandon Shrout was excellent in every way. He has a good deal of knowledge about the market, the homes he's showing, and the buying process in general. If Brandon couldn't answer a question about a particular property, he was always on the phone ASAP with the seller's agent to get the facts. Brandon showed a great deal of patience in showing us the 15 properties we were interested in and always made time available for additional properties and 2nd showings. When I had questions about property taxes in the closing statement that the closing agent didn't explain well, Brandon was on the phone with the title company to get me the property tax calculation. That was after I told him it wasn't that important (which I guess it was to me). He even tried to laugh at my bad "Let's Go Brandon!" joke which I'm sure he's heard a hundred times. I really have nothing bad to say about Brandon. He did a great job in putting us in our Florida dream home!
Brandon is at least a 5 star agent. But I would give him a higher rating if I could. Brandon was the person I could text and get an answer and some help from. He was always there for us and I believe made our purchase possible. He is professional, dedicated, and a hard worker. It has been a pleasant and educational process buying a piece of land with Brandon. We set up a meeting to go walk the land. Soon we found out that there were gopher turtle mounds on site, so we made a "note" of that. Moving on, we walked the entire parameter of the land. It has a gorgeous layout between open pasture land, forest and even lake views! This land is worth fighting for, and so we did. We had to work out a couple of quirks together with the listing realtor, but it all worked out in the end. We also learned a lot about the gopher turtles and how much they are protected! I found Brandon to be responsive to every phone calls and text message, and to me, that is extremely important. WE MET BRANDO VIA THE INTERNET. I SAW A HOME ON ZILLOW AND WHEN I SHOWED INTEREST, BRANDON CONTACTED ME. HE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS AND IF HE DIDNT KNOW THE ANSWER HE FOUND SOMEONE THAT DID. THE DAY OF CLOSING UPON ARRIVAL OF OUR NEW HOME, WE DISCOVERED THE HOMES AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK. I REACHED OUT TO BRANDON AND HE CAME TO THE HOME TO TROUBLE SHOOT. HE SPENT CLOSE TO 2 HOURS ASSISTING MY HUSBAND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. I was connected with Brandon after requesting a tour of a new home that I found online. He called me immediately and was able to schedule the tour the next day. Brandon was friendly and spent a fair amount of time contacting the builder to get answers to my questions while we were still on property. As I continued my search over the next few months Brandon stayed in contact and forwarded me new listings that met my specific search criteria. When I asked to view several more homes Brandon was able to set up all five tours in one day with about 24 hours notice. He was happy to make the more than one hour drive to meet me and spend most of the day checking out the new listings along with the clubhouse and fitness center. The offer I made on one of those homes was accepted, and Brandon was helpful making sure the process went smoothly. His response time to phone calls and messages is excellent. You can tell him what you are in search of and he will go to work for you 7 days a week to find your your home for you.
