She helped and advised me during the shopping phase and visited homes herself that I was interested in, to provide me with details of each of them that weren't included in the listings. She took care of coordinating all of the offer/counter-offer, purchase, inspection and closing processes for me, including making sure the keys were available for me when I finally arrived to move in. She kept me fully informed of progress all the time, by phone, text and email.
