Nicole is professional and personable. She cares about the person she is working with, to ensure a safe environment and space through recommendations of getting an inspections and encouraging you to drive through the neighborhood. She works hard to help find you a home, making time to show you homes and discussing the questions you may have on placing an offer, to accepting the final offer. Communication is good, although at times I felt negotiations were somewhat tricky. This could of been from the seller and their realtor. Nicole has a wonderful, happy demeanor and is always truthful, sincere, honest and knowledgeable. She will do what she can to get you into your special home.
