Kristi was such a calming part of the crazy journey of buying and selling a house. She knows what she's doing and knows the whole process. Not only that, but she has connections with great lenders and home renovators, so we had someone who traveled with us the whole way.

I wouldn't say our experience is typical of most buyers, as we saw two houses, put in one offer, had our offer accepted when the first offer fell through and had our keys within two months of first seeing the pictures on Zillow. After our closing date, we had a generous as-is offer on our house within ONE WEEK! Kristi encouraged us to look outside the box and allow someone to see our prior home before we had planned to start showing it. It was still messy, not all moved out of, no renovations made yet, with 25-year-old horrible flooring. Selling it 'as-is' saved us time, money, hassle with renovators, double-payments, and ended up being exactly what we needed--and hopefully just what our buyers needed as well.

My only 4 star for Kristi was on the negotiation skills. We were hoping that we could negotiate down the price of the house we purchased, but the current Central Oregon market is crazy enough that she wisely suggested we offer over asking. Maybe her skills of negotiation were in the purchase of our house, as we did get a generous offer on ours as well...
