Where to start? For one, Elan helped me in the search for properties. He made helpful suggestions that were in line with my requirements and budget. After finding a ton of places, he took the time to have me view every one of them. He made the calls, dealt with the other constituents, and set everything up so that homes could be viewed. I was incredibly picky and we went to so many homes I started to feel like I was wasting his time but he kept a positive attitude and used his experience to help me avoid the pitfalls of a home that was not of good quality, or that was over valued or had too much red tape, etc. It wasn't about making the quick sale or the big one for him, it was genuinely about helping me find the perfect home, and I did. Once the buying process started he pointed me towards a great inspector, helped me with negotiations, and saved me a ton of money. If you need a realtor, Elan is the one you want to have with you.
I purchased a home in St. Cloud, FL in September and let me say that Elan is the best broker I have ever worked with. He was able to navigate the difficulties of an FHA loan and was able to get everyone involved to work together and get everything done in record time so we would not lose the house to other buyers who had conventional funding . He always communicated back quickly, usually within the hour even on the weekend. He may look young, but he really knows how to get the job done! It's been 2 months now and I had an issue come up with the mortgage company and gave him a call and within hours he had the problem handled in my favor. I love working with someone who cares about the people they are working with, not just the money they make from the deal. The next time I need a broker I will use Elan and I am telling all of my friends to do the same!
Elan is Great realtor to work with. This was my 1st house and he explained every step of the process and made sure i understood everything before moving on to the next step. Buying a home for/with my retiring parents became imminent but I didn't have the know how and in someways the assets to make it happen. In came Elan.
First, he assisted us in finded the kind of house we were looking for-- have you ever known what you want but not know what it looked like. This was us. He helped guide our dreams into brick and mortar; showing us. Several homes in neighborhoods we liked that suited our needs. He was patient and informative. If a concern was raised, he'd adjust the showings. So much that when I told him my mother loves to garden, the next home we looked at came with more than a builtiful garden. It was previously own by a green thumbed genius, filled with fruit bearing trees, rare and common. We bought this house, and my mom's flora obsession has been satiated. My father too has joined ranks.
Affording this home too was a struggle as I lived out state. I saw Elan work magic, eliminating fees and negotiating costs. Even with lenders, he helped us to find one that suited the need. We got that home for a steal.
Lastly, and. This is what makes this guy so awesome... He kept in contact even after we got our home. His most recent tip to us about our city's taxt exemption saved us a few more dollars.
