Jessica explained the market for the home, how it would be listed and at what price she felt was a great motivated price to sell and not sit. She had her team do the photos and mapping which was exceptional to list on MLS. We had multiple offers within two weeks and made a deal. Was finalized and closed with 45 days of listing.
