Peter is wonderful to work with. He was my agent when I purchased this house 6 years ago and my agent again when I just sold the house today. I thought purchasing the house 6 years ago was a challenge (not due to Peter but the Seller). However, selling the house was even more of a challenge. The first contract fell through due to unforeseen circumstances. I did a price adjustment and had numerous showings and finally the house was under contract. Pete was so great he answered almost a thousand calls from me for everything I needed and listened to me vent about how nervous I was bc I was buying and selling a property it was crazy but Pete kept me calm and got me through a very difficult time in my life .
