Greg went above and beyond in making sure that the sale of our parents' Estate home went smoothly. This was my first experience with a home sale and he explained the entire process step-by-step at the beginning and patiently re-explained things as the process moved along. I especially appreciate that he showed me on-paper how he derived the asking price. After less than a week on the market we had an offer for the full asking price. Inspection uncovered some issues and Greg recommended several small businesses who were able to get their jobs done within a few weeks. He always kept me informed as the process moved forward including telling me about his communications with the buyers' relator. and responded to my emails, texts and phone calls promptly. I want to give just one more example of why Greg is an exemplary relator. At settlement, the buyers asked us to remove a few items we had left thinking they would be useful including a large desk in the basement and a heavy dresser in the garage. Greg met my family at the house with his truck AND his son, dismantled the desk, bringing all items to my home nearby. We met Greg by calling about a house we thought was for sale in the Colt Park area of Gettysburg. Unfortunately, the house we thought was for sale was a rental but on the fortunate side we met Greg. We talked with him over the phone and discussed what we were looking for in a home. He sent us listings that met our criteria and kept us updated on all upcoming listings. We checked homes with him and put an offer in on one but our offer was not accepted. Then we found a home in Lake Heritage that we felt met our needs, we put an offer in and purchased it. My wife and I enjoyed working with Greg. With his extensive knowledge of the area, and his good personality, he was a good fit for us. He was indispensable and invaluable to us because we live out of state, and we could depend on him to do legwork and give us great advice on everything.
