Nathan was more than helpful in our home buying experience and went above and beyond to help us anyway he could. We actually got pre-qualified at a higher interest rate than we were comfortable with and Nathan took it upon himself to help us switch lenders! He not only let us know the rate was pretty high for the market, but insisted that we could get a much lower rate and found a different lender the same day (while we were both at work).
