Melissa was awesome. She connected me with a local experienced mortgage broker that made the loan process go smoothly. We did run into some hiccups that were out of our control and she was able to negotiate with sellers agent to resolve and keep us on track to settle. Throughout the entire process, I truly felt she was my advocate. Very hard working, excellent communication and in tune with the local community!
