We first came in contact with Laurel when I requested information about a property. She let me know it was under contract and would be happy to help us. At that time, I declined and kept working with another agent. The house came on the market again and Laurel let me know. Because I was out of state I told her I would be sending my college aged son to look at the property. Laurel was courteous and professional as she met with my son and ended up showing home several properties. All without ever meeting us or knowing how serious we were about buying a home.
