I told Lori I sold my house on Thursday and she JUMPED at the opportunity to sell me a new one! That next Monday we looked at condos and the first one she showed me, I ended up buying! We didnt have the highest offer for the house we ended up getting but because of Loris recommendations on other important things to a buyer, we had the strongest offer!
