We worked with Maria to purchase our third home, this time out in the country. By now we have worked with many realtors, and have met all kinds. Without a doubt, Maria is one of the most exceptional realtors out there; she is super responsive, knowledgeable, always helpful, friendly and professional, and completely on top of everything that needs to happen. She goes way above and beyond in everything. Here are a few examples of what I mean: (1) She drove out 2h with us to our prospective property (which was outside of her area) 3 times for inspections and the final walkthrough. (2) Instead of only putting us on an automated search filter / email, she listened to what we wanted and found several properties that met our criteria - properties that even we missed despite our hawkish oversight of realtor.com. (3) For both rounds of inspections, she found several company options, read through the reviews, and even called them for availability - this was really helpful! (4) Unlike many realtors, she is not pushy; she is just patient and helpful. (5) She told us about a water quality testing lab and even went out to pick up a testing kit for us. In summary: if you get the chance to work with her, count yourself lucky and take it!
