As first time home buyers, soon to be parents and with a landlord that didn't want to extend the lease we found ourselves in a precarious situation. We needed a steady home, no more moving around.
We contacted several real estate agents, including Heather. They all talked the talk, but after a short interaction it was clear only Heather walked the walk. She understood our urgent situation and she guided us in a difficult market. She steered us away from bad properties and focused on our needs. From the moment we started working with her, and beyond the completion of the purchase, she was there 100%. It was like having her in our pocket, promptly working on our issues. When she couldn't make it to a location, she found a substitute. When she couldn't answer a question, she asked someone who could. She managed appointments and moved them when priorities shifted. We made an offer in a week from getting started and won. I don't think this could have happened with another agent.
Heather earned every penny of her commission. I think it's rare to see someone work like Heather does. I don't know what it is that motivates her, but I wish she keeps doing it and continues to be great.

Heather was amazing! She was there to answer every call or text when I needed her. As a first time homebuyer, she made the process easy and stress free. I was under contract for a condo in Columbia City and overnight the builder decided to cancel everyone's contracts and turn the condos into apartments. Heather wasted no time in helping me find another place within my budget and in a better area too. Keeping me from stressing out about getting out of my rental on time. I highly recommend her for all your home buying/selling needs!
